  • Superset: KB Row (24Kg w/ red band) + bench press (155lb) = 4 x 6
  • Superset: ring rows + ring dips = 12, 10, 10, 10
  • 10 minute AMRAP: 21 thrusters (75lb), 15 situps, 9 wall balls = 150 reps

Nutrition:

  • Bulletproof coffee
  • Egg, oats, cacoa nibs, honey, cinnamon
  • Beef, green beans, avocado

    • God Wants to Surprise You
      1. Psalm 54:1-7. Surprised by God’s help
        • If you are facing an attack right now put your trust in God, believe that he wants to help you and praise him in advance
      2. John 2:1-25. Surprised by Jesus
        • Surprising abundance – he wants to give you more and more life and joy; Jesus turns the water of life without him into the wine of life with him; Jesus transforms drudgery and dreariness into fullness of joy
        • Surprising passion – we are surrounded by commercialism and seductive images; there is a danger of worshipping money and commerce; temptation of money-making to interfere with the worship of God; when the object of our focus becomes money, we are in serious trouble
        • Surprising dwelling – through Jesus, you are now called to be the home, the dwelling place of God; your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit
        • Surprising wisdom – we tend to look for the perfect life: perfect house, perfect parents, perfect friends….but these do not exist, we are all flawed; recognizing this helps us to be more realistic and less disappointed and more forgiving; we need the wisdom of Jesus to balance our openness and loving trust with the understanding of the human heart
