Fitness Challenge Number 2

Perform: EO3 5K (see below) Try this week of 3/27/17

From the creator of End of Three Fitness Jerrod Moon. Perform a 5K with body weight conditioning thrown in the mix. You will end of covering the same distance of a normal 5K, but have to complete series of body weight movements in between.

800m Run
3 Rounds: 5 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups & 15 Squats

Time Trials to Accomplish:

  • Rookie – <60 minutes
  • Established – <50 minutes
  • Competitor – <40 minutes

**The first time I did this it took me roughly 43 minutes to complete**

I will post in the comments the next time I complete this workout. It should be within the next month. I am going through time trials right now on my laps to improve my mile time so I do not want to run a 5K right now. Should be soon though. Just ran two miles this morning, each for time.
