Wake up 430am. It was 40 degrees here in Houston, Texas this morning. To us southerners that is cold. At this point, I am ready for warmer days ahead. I took my time warming up this morning.

Train:

  1. 8 set super set: [4 x 20 reps military press behind neck @ 45, 55, 60 x 2 sets; 4 x 10 @ 75] + [12 x banded pull aparts] + [12 x incline DB arrows]
  2. 4 set super set: [12 x incline chest support winding press @ 10lb] + [12 x DB lateral raises @ 10lb] + [20 x barbell shrugs @ 135lb]
  3. FS no belt: [95, 135, 155, 170, 185, 205, 225, 245, missed 255]
  4. Banded pull thru 3 x 15
  5. Jog/walk intervals with dog for 20 minutes

Nutrition:

  1. banana w/ PB (pre)
  2. Eggs, oats and honey w/ iced coffee
  3. banana w/ PB (only b/c the bananas are becoming too ripe and I still have a few left)
  4. Ground beef, veggies, 1/2 avocado
  5. Ground turkey, veggies, 1/2 avocado

        • God will supply the strength you need when you need it
      2. When will Jesus return? Matthew 24:32-25:13
        • keep watch and be ready
        • remain faithful to Jesus instructions and honorable in the way we treat others.
      3. Why does God allow suffering? Job 38:1-40:2
