Wake Up…and actually get out of bed 5:20 a.m. Just a little behind schedule.

Train Garage U:

A.M. Session:

  1. Speed Squat 5 x 2 at 205
  2. Speed DL Pulls 5 x 2 at 235
  3. Superset: Banded Pull thrus 5 x 20 w/ Ab Wheel 5 Count pause in roll out position 5 x 5
  4. Calf Raises 5 x 12

P.M. Session:

  1. Partner Fran WOD. 95# thrusters and pullups: 3-6-9-12-15 of each per partner you go – I go style. Finish with 1 mile run. Total time 14:50 

Nutrition:

  1. Banana w/ PB and black coffee before workout
  2. Oats, eggs, egg whites, blueberry, honey, cinnamon w/ coconut milk iced coffee mix
  3. Chicken salad with peppers, celery and carrots. 
  4. Salad greens
  5. Chicken breast, carrots and peanut butter lol
  6. Mexican food – flank steak with onions and peppers; some rice and beans and guacamole.
