- Superset: Banded Pull thrus 5 x 20 w/ Ab Wheel 5 Count pause in roll out position 5 x 5
- Calf Raises 5 x 12
- Partner Fran WOD. 95# thrusters and pullups: 3-6-9-12-15 of each per partner you go – I go style. Finish with 1 mile run. Total time 14:50
- Banana w/ PB and black coffee before workout
- Oats, eggs, egg whites, blueberry, honey, cinnamon w/ coconut milk iced coffee mix
- Chicken salad with peppers, celery and carrots.
- Salad greens
- Chicken breast, carrots and peanut butter lol
- Mexican food – flank steak with onions and peppers; some rice and beans and guacamole.
