  • 11 Push Jerks
  • 1 mile run

Nutrition:

  1. Eggs and oats
  2. donuts
  3. brats and sauerkraut + spinach salad
  4. beef, okra + tomatoes, seeds

Long day at work today plus ladies club volleyball game tonight…DIG PINK night.
