Wake Up 6am. Went to bed late. Shelby arrived home late after a work event.

Workout:

Box Squat 150# working on form all around 11 x 2; sumo deadlifts 190# 6 x 3 (felt the discomfort in my knee towards the end); superset of single leg RDL, bulgarian split squats and cable rope abs 3 x 8-10; Superset of GHD, Hamstring curls, abs 3 x 5-10

Food:

  1. eggs and fruit/veggies shake
  2. chicken, veggies, nuts
  3. Tuna and asparagus
  4. Protein shake
  5. Eggs and bacon
