Wake Up 5am

Food:

  1. Eggs
  2. Peanut butter scoops, yogurt
  3. Chicken veggies nuts
  4. Chicken veggies avocado nuts
  5. Eggs and sweet potato

Workout: I worked out with the bootcamp class at school I teach. We did a modified version at best of Murph.

Another busy day at work. After this week work should quiet down a little. Hopefully, I will be able to get back to writing some more blog articles next. I just have not found the time to sit down long enough to think and write quality posts.

Motivational Video (specifically 1:10 – 1:25): We have to fight every day for what we want.
