Wake up 6am
Mowed the yard, cleaned the pit and why to church. We are going to Top Golf today for family fun. May have time to lift later but I’m not counting on it. Tomorrow I go back to Paleo 90% + as best as possible. Also I am starting a new routine for weightlifting.
