It’s FRIDAY

Wake up 530am

Workout: clean movement work plus some GPP and lunge 400m. I lunged 400m last night as well. 

Food:

1. Pork loin and veggies

2. Oatmeal

3. Fruit and veggies shake

Headed to San Marcos today to meet up with some long time friends for a weekend of shenanigans and river floating. Probably won’t blog this weekend either. 

Goals: Knowledge, Knowledge and more knowledge. Never stop learning. I’m currently on a nutritional learning kick.
