7/27 Hump Day Got Me

Wake up 5am

Reread Rich Dad Poor Dad and taking notes on it to fully grasp it. Took my pup for a walk and he about tore my shoulder off. The same one that’s somewhat tender already. 

No workout today because of that. Walking him was actually my warm-up. 

Food: 

1. Chichen okra nuts

2. Shake

3. Tuna veggies avocado

4. Peanut butter and banana plus chicken wings. 

Bought a GHD machine for home gym. It’s coming together slowly. 

Regroup tomorrow and continue learning. Knowledge is power.
