Wake Up Call 7/26

^With current plan I guess I am not able to upload videos, unless I do not know how currently. So here is a picture of my video from morning workout.

Wake up 4am. Excited to get out of bed and up early to train.

FS singles up to 185, Power snatch singles with 85, hang PC up to 155, 400m lunges.

Finished Rich Dad Poor Dad, with plans to reread and take notes. Next book will be: Think Like a Champion by Donald Trump. Goal is to read 1 book per month rest of the year with intentions of bumping that up to 2 per month in 2017.

AF (Anabolic Fasting):

  1. Beef, veggies, avocado
  2. Shake
  3. Turkey, veggies, nuts/seeds
  4. Peanut Butter & bananas or Fruit smoothie
