Wake Up 5am

Workout: Dead Start Squats from the bottom – 250lbs top set, Hang Snatch was not going smooth today. Just knocked out some singles for practice basically. 400m lunges at the track.

Shelby and I are heading out of town this weekend to visit her family up in NW Central Texas. It is basically in the middle of nowhere so I probably will not have service on my phone nor time to use the home internet (no WiFi). Shelby is playing with her dad in a golf tournament, while i watch. We will be working out at her brother’s Crossfit gym. I am pumped about that!

GOALS:

Daily:

  1. Read literature daily
  2. Quality time w/ Shelby
  3. #Squatlife

< 1 year:

  1. Obtain position as teacher/coach in local school district [1 cert. down, 1 in progress, applications out]
  2. Powerlifting total of min. 1000lbs (squat, bench, deadlift) [315/365/275 last count]
  3. Snatch + Clean & Jerk 300lbs. combined [88.5/165 last count]
  4. Crossfit Level 1 [$$]
  5. Save 6+ months livable expenses for Emergency Funds [62% to goal]

+ 1 year:

  1. USA weightlifing Cert
  2. Strength Coach at Public/Private school or indepently
  3. Online training/coaching/vlogging/teaching
  4. Own a gym
  5. Invest in real estate and stock market
  6. Retire by 40

 

Food:

  1. Eggs and oats (topped with honey and blueberries)
  2. Veggie/fruit shake – coconut milk, cucumber, spinach, carrots, blueberries, mango, peach, orange and ginger
